perfect location beautiful hotel noisy hotel awful pillows shoulder pain
The staff was very nice. They were beyond friendly. they willingly gave suggestions on things to do and places to see! the hotel was beautiful. the location was perfect. it was an 8 minute walk to the brooklyn bridge and a 12 minute walk to the 9/11 memorial.
The hotel was noisy, especially housekeeping banging doors constantly.

optimal location good breakfast clean room small room luggage storage ant problem
the hotel location was optimal. i was able to reach many places by foot, and the subway station was just outside the door. breakfast was also good. the rooms were clean, thats for sure.
the room i had booked were small. there wasnt enough space to store luggage in my room. though i was on the 8th floor, i found ants. there wasnt enough towels for all of us four.

The subway station is very close. That was useful. i found the breakfast selections good. the staff helped me, and i am grateful. the safety features were excellent.
